To really know him was to love him. He loved to kid around and he made my daughter feel really special. We will truly miss his presence in church and in our lives, but I know we'll meet again one day.

I was truly saddened to hear of Cecil's passing. I am sorry I will not be able to attend his service but will be thinking of the family. I think of all of you often and I miss my days with Uncle Dewy and Aunt Mildred. I loved spending time in the workshop with Uncle Dewy and eating Aunt Mildred's biscuits. I love you all and pray God's blessings upon you. I will miss seeing Cecil at the Family Reunions. Wish I could be there but Church obligations just won't allow the time away. You are in my prayers.
