Age 58, Son of the late Arthur & Atha Morris & Automotive Painter left this earthly scene on Friday, October 5, 2012, at E.T. York Care Center.
The Homegoing Celebration will be held 2:30PM Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Bartley Temple United Methodist Church (Gainesville, FL) with Reverend Mary Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Rutledge Community Cemetery. Mr. Morris will be viewed at the Funeral Home on Friday 2:00-7:00PM - At the Church on Saturday 30 Minutes prior to the Services - And with the Processional. The Procession will form at the residence of Ms. Maxine Howard, 1003 NE 8th Ave, Gainesville at 2:00PM.
Those who will dearly miss him are: Daughters - Salonda Booker (& Christopher) and Kenia Morris (& Kalvin); Step Daughters - Celestia Howard and Lisa King (Glynis King preceded him in death); 8 Grands; 1 Great Grand; Siblings - Ethereen Polite (& George), Ossie Thomas Jr., Rutha McRae (& Monculee), Arthur Curtis Thomas (& Brenda), (Otis Thomas and Arthur James Morris preceded him in death), Ruby Elaine Marks (& Patrick), Bobby Eugene Morris, Patricia Jeter (& Keith), Betty Jean Morris and Atha Gainey; Aunts & Uncles; Nieces & Nephews; Cousins; & Friends.
Arrangements Entrusted To: DUNCAN BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME, 428 NW 8TH Street, Gainesville, FL.
