I worked with Chuck when he came to the CCS Unit at Woodcrest School in Fullerton. He was so attached to the children and wanted the very best equipment to meet all of their special needs. He was the ultimate professional as well as a lovable friend to each and every child. He valued each and every one of them and their right to dignity and respect. He was one of a kind and so very much appreciated by staff and families. God bless Chuck and his family. He gave so much to so many! Sending love and sympathy to his wife and family.

I am so thankful for Chuck. His dedication, work ethic, no nonsense style, superb intellect and ability and true compassion for people inspires me. His booming laugh echos in my memory and makes me smile. I will miss running in for little chats between patients, hearing stories of his favorite steak house or his car, funny stories of his brother.
Chuck, you will be missed, you live on in the hearts and lives of the people you touched.

Diana, My family wants to tell you how sorry we are to hear of this very sad event.Chuck has been a part of our family for 19 years. The first time I met him was when my son Travis was just about 3yrs old. I had a Camero and I told him if he could build a wheelchair to fit in the trunk with my spare tire I would shake his hand and call him a genious. Well not only did he do that he included a tray for the chair. I was happy to shake his hand and we became friends from there. I remember when Travis kept growing and his chair had to be adjusted alot in a short time, He told me it was because I was feeding him. We all laughed. I looked forward to our therapy appts because he always jokes around with Travis. He couldnt talk but he understands everthing said to him. He loved Chuck. Words cannot explain how amazing he was with these kids. He always had a compliment on how clean I kept his chair. He told me about your Golden Retrievers you had and gave me good advice on what to expect. Travis was given a Golden and boy was Chuck right on everything. They get into alot of mischief. I wanted to be at the service for him but recently had a hip replacement and the long drive is not good right now. Our Prayers go out to you and the family. He will be missed my many. Sincerly Dorothy.

Chuck will surely be missed. He was the best and didn't except work that was half way done. He was a perfectionist and loved the children. It was a pleasure knowing Chuck... Until we meet again. May The Lord comfort his wife Diana, and surround her with LOVE.

Dianna, my heart goes out to you. Chuck was hands-down the best in the business, a wonderful friend for 35+years and an amazing all-around great guy. Everything I know about seating and positioning I learned from him. He helped so many of my patients and changed their lives for the better. I will miss him dearly, but he will always have a special place in my heart. God be with you.
