Clarence A. Buck, Jr.
Clarence Buck, 79, went to his beloved Jenny and our Lord on December 7, 2012. He passed away at his home in Long Beach. He was born August 26, 1933 in Hobson, Missouri and raised on a farm. He came to California, was drafted and became a Korean War Veteran. Clarence retired from the Long Beach Fire Dept. as Engineer, a job he loved. He was a devoted family man and the best "daddy" in the world. He is survived by his daughters, Shirley Diane (Richard) York, Pamela Buck (Steve York); grandchildren, Samuel Jacobs and Angela Wienczkowski. Viewing will be at Luyben Family Dilday-Mottell Mortuary in Long Beach on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 4p-6p. Public Graveside Service at Little Lake Cemetery, 11959 Lakeland Rd, Santa Fe Springs, CA., December 19, 2012 11:00am. Luncheon of his favorite meal to follow at nearby Faith Church, 11226 Excelsior Dr., Norwalk, CA. He will be deeply missed and was an inspiration to all.
