FLAT ROCK - Beulah "Toby" Jackson, 78, of Flat Rock, passed away peacefully Jan. 24, 2013.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed. She was a member of Mud Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed gardening, cooking and sewing.
She is survived by her husband, Redden I. Jackson, of Flat Rock; daughters and sons-in-law, Dianne Jackson and Randy Brooks, of Flat Rock, and Elaine Jackson and Kevin Bentley, of Mills River; grandchildren, Donna Lyda and Ralph Grosfeld and Sarah Bentley; a great- grandchild, Bram Grosfeld; a special friend and neighbor, Tina and Larry Allman and son, Colby, and her beloved dog, Skippy.
A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, 2013, at Jones Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Greg T. Mathis officiating.

Believe me she has not been forgotten, I am glad that God gave me what little time I got to know her, she was a blessing to us. She is missed but we know she is where we will be some day, that is with Jesus. God Bless the family.
