Rose W. Ceaser, 70, of Slocum Township passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, after a brief struggle with cancer.
She was born April 10, 1942, in Meriden, Conn. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Katherine Kogut Cybulski.
She was preceded in death by an infant granddaughter, Veronica; sister, Mary Lou Marshall; and brother, Willard Wells.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, George M. Ceaser Sr., at home; daughters, Katherine Yaracz and her husband, Stanley, Drums; Helen Rose and her husband, Arthur, Racine, Wis.; son, George M. Ceaser Jr. and his husband, Rob, Bowie, Md.; four grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrew, Edward and Carol; two great-grandchildren, Xavier and Cameron, who all gave her much joy; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:15 a.m. Saturday from George A. Strish Inc. Funeral Home, 211 W. Main St., Glen Lyon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Our Lady Help of Christians Church, Dorrance Township. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery, Dorrance Township. Family and friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday.
