CHRIST TED D.
Age 79, of Brighton Heights, on Friday, February 15, 2013. Born in Pittsburgh, PA on December 24, 1933, son of the late Frank and Hilda Virginia (Barbin) Christ. Beloved husband for 60 years of Joanne (Seitz) Christ; loving father of Sandra Christ and Dale (Kristen) Christ; proud grandfather of Michelle and Alea Christ; brother of Wayne Christ and the late Sharon Whiteford. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, Junior, "the little guy". Family will welcome friends on Sunday and Monday, 2-4, 6-8 p.m. at SCHELLHAAS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 388 Center Avenue in West View 15229. Mass of Christian Burial in Risen Lord Parish on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Interment in North Side Catholic Cemetery. Ted was co-owner of Christ Printing for 38 years. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Manor Care-North Hills.
