Richard Lee Green

Services for Richard Lee Green, 78, will be conducted 3 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church with the Rev. Bill Egerdahl officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service at the church.

Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel, is assisting the family.

Memorials may be made to Grace Baptist Church, 416 Denham Ave., West Columbia, SC 29169.

Mr. Green passed away Saturday, February 23, 2013. Born in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the late William Ray and Agnes Cochran Green. He was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for over 30 years and was a Navy Veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Sarita C. Green and his son Michael D. Green of West Columbia and 1 brother. He was predeceased by a brother.

Burial will be at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at a later date.
