Gene Wesley Dillon
Gene Wesley Dillon, age 75 of North Tazewell, VA died Sunday, February 24, 2013 in Bluefield, WV. Mr. Dillon and his wife, Lynne lived in Delaware for over forty years. While in Delaware, they made and enjoyed many close friendships. After 30 years of employment with General Motors of Delaware, he retired to Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Lynne D. Dillon; daughter, Deborah Lynn Dillon of Bear, DE; sons, Wesley Gene Dillon of Delaware City, DE and Scott Anthony Dillon and wife, Gwen of Middletown, DE; brothers, Lonnie Dean Dillon and wife, Pat of Townsend, DE, Edward Dillon of Clarksville, VA, and Junior Jones and wife, Joann of Brazil, IN; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm Saturday, March 2, at Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home Chapel in Tazewell, VA. Burial will follow at Dillon Cemetery in Abbs Valley, VA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday.
