BAILEY, Glenn C. (Age 91) 12/24/1921 - 03/10/2013 Glenn entered into rest on March 10, 2013 with his family at his side. He was born in Demaine, Saskatchewan, Canada. Glenn came to the United States and served in the US Navy as an aviation machinist mate. He worked in the auto industry most of his life. Glenn owned his own car lot for several years. Eventually, he sold his business and worked at Camp Chevrolet for the next 28 years, before retiring. Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Bernice; son, Rob of Spokane; brothers, Howard (Dee) of California and Ted (Jean) of Kirkland; brother-in-law, Dick (Kathy) Meier of Oregon; several nieces and nephews. Glenn was a very special person and will be missed. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 22, 2013 beginning at 11:00 AM at St. Charles Catholic Church, 4515 N. Alberta in Spokane. Interment will be at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery at a later date. Donations may be made to Hospice of Spokane or to Cancer Care Northwest. Bought my first car from Glenn at Camp Chevrolet. What a special man he will be missed. We also go to the same Church. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
