Madelyn Beumeler Jordan passed away Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the age of 94.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 in the Walker-Brown Chapel with Deacon Doug Freebern officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
Madelyn Rebecca Jordan was born September 8, 1918 in Bartlesville to Roy and Mattie (Todd) Clevenger. Madelyn was an entrepreneur who in 1955 designed, built and operated the Sooner Motel and was active in its daily business affairs. She also enjoyed playing bridge, but most of all, family gatherings.
Madelyn is survived by her two daughters; Judy McBride and Benny Brown of Bartlesville and Becky and husband Harry Lawson of Ochelata. Five grandchildren; Scott McBride of Bartlesville, Kelly Watson of Las Vegas, NV, Kim Gailey of Ochelata, Tracy Lacy of Bartlesville and Stacy Powell of Bartlesville. She was blessed with nine great grandchildren; Brody and Rebecca Coast, Marty and Lacey Gailey, Payton Lacy, Cameron and Kyle Powell, Mathew McBride, Faith Watson and one great-great grandchild, Cylan Gailey, one sister, Norma Alexander of Bartlesville, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Madelyn was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph M. Beumeler, second husband, Paul Jordan, one brother, Melvin Clevenger, two sisters; Lucille Bennett and Betty Davidson, her parents and one son-in-law, Carnegie Powell, Jr.

love you and miss you so much. i really enjoyed staying with you and taking care of you in november and december i got so much closer to you, and learned alot with all the stories you told me.! we will miss you, love and godbless
