I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Dickey on several occasions through the courtesy of her daughter Elaine. She was the most genteel, kind, and gracious lady. I have never forgotten her kindness she showed to me over 40 years ago. She was also a most loving mother and grandmother. What a blessing she always was to her family. She left the world a little brighter and a little richer for her presence. Our condolences.
