LINKOUS Janet Adams, 76, died Monday, July 22, 2013. Born in Salyersville, she was a daughter of the late Lones and Hattie Adams. She was a retired school teacher and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors are her husband, David Linkous; a son, Chase (Amy) Linkous; a grandson, Greyson; a sister, Geraldine Webb, OH; a niece, Jan (Bryan) Barnes; a nephew, Joe (Lesley) Webb; and many special friends. Graveside service will be 1pm Friday at Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 11am to 12:30pm Friday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home-Main St. In lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of the Bluegrass, 2312 Alexandria Drive, Lexington, KY 40504, or Lexington Humane Society, 1600 Old Frankfort Pike, Lexington, KY 40504.

Chase, so sorry to hear about your mom's passing. Wil be remembering you in our prayers. I won't get to come Friday, I had knee replacement four weeks ago, still on a walker.
