STEELE
Donald R. "Don" Steele, 77, of London, died Tuesday evening, Aug. 13, 2013 in Mount Carmel West Medical Center.
He was born on April 21, 1936, in Connersville, Indiana, a son of Andrew and Ruth (Ramsey) Steele.
Don was a veteran of the United States Army. 
He was retired as a safety inspector for Conrail.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles London Aerie No. 950; the American Legion Madison Memorial Post No. 105; and the former H.V. Christopher Post No. 1176 Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his brother, Paul Steele of Fairfield, Ohio; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Vivian P. (Rigsby) Steele in 2008; sister, Esther Whissel on Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013; and sister-in-law, Judith Steele in 2005.
Friends are invited to a celebration of Don's life at noon on Monday, Aug. 19, 2013 at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 124 E. High St., London. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Deercreek Township Cemetery.
