Ms. Darlene S. Cole, 59, of Petersburg, departed this life on Friday, Aug. 23, 2013.
She was born in Rainvelle, W.Va. She was the daughter of the late L.T. Cole and Clara S. Cole. Darlene was a resident of the Osage Home for over 20 years.
Darlene is survived by: four brothers, David Cole of Chester, Donald Cole of Covington, Darrell Cole of Tempe, Ariz., and Delbert Cole of Chester; and a host of other relatives; and friends.
The funeral service will be private. The interment will be held in West Virginia.

I had the privilege of working with Darlene for six years at Osage House. I enjoyed her beautiful smile and mischievous sense of humor.
