HAZEL HOLMES McINTOSH
December 17, 1920-September 11, 2013
Born in NJ, Hazel was a long-time resident of Studio City. She was an actress, model, Administrative Assistant to world-renowned architect, Paul R. Williams, Produced & Hosted radio program for Seniors on KCSN, Coordinator of Senior Citizens under two Los Angeles Council Members, served on the Grand Jury & was bestowed with numerous awards during her lengthy career. Some of her vast affiliations include, Screen Actors Guild, Motion Picture Mothers, Screen Smart Set, Pacific Pioneer Broadcasters, San Fernando Valley Business & Professional Assoc., Childhelp USA, Studio City Resident's Assoc. & Studio Village Homeowners Assoc.
Hazel is survived by her daughter, Wendy Neckels; son-in-law, Bruce Neckels and granddaughter, Erin. In honor of Hazel's love for animals, donations can be made to the Willie-Coppee Fund.

While in Hazel's presence, everything sparkled. She had a beautiful smile and always had a positive, wholesome outlook on life and the world. She will be missed.

Everyone at Studio Village has a better place to live because of Hazel. Hazel was a great friend and will long be remembered by all that knew her.

So sorry to hear about Hazel's passing. What a beautiful and loving lady she was. As a long-time resident of Studio Village and a member of the Area Reps with Hazel for many years, I certainly shall miss her. My sympathies go out to her family.
