Alice Elizabeth "Sissie" Kilpatrick Hinson was born in Houston, Texas on November 9, 1955. She spent most of her early years in Houston before moving to Pensacola, Florida in her early 20's to take care of her grandparents.
She eventually met her husband, Ray Hinson, and they raised seven children together.
She loved her family, music and a clean home.
Preceding Sissie in death were her grandparents: Alice and Dean Ross; her parents: Thelma and Hiram Kilpatrick; and her brother: Junior Kilpatrick.
Remaining to cherish Sissie's memory are her husband: Ray Hinson; her children: Jason Kilpatrick, Roxxanne Miller, Randall Dunn, Amy Hinson, Charlene Hinson, Nicky Hinson and Charlie Hinson; 10 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Trahan Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements which include visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. and continuing until the funeral service begins at 12:30 p.m. at Trahan Family Funeral Home on Friday, February 21, 2014. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery on NAS Pensacola.
Sissie will be greatly missed by her family and many friends and especially by her first grandson, Jonathan, who loved his Grandma very deeply.

Dear Hinson Family & Relatives.
Our heavenly father knows the pain you are going through, he promises that he will “heal the broken hearted ones and bind up their painful spots” and he “is near to all those calling on him” - Psalm 147:3; Psalm 145:18. May the “God of all comfort” be with your family and may your cherish memories of your loved one be a healing force of strength for your family to draw on.
