I couldn't ask for a better mother(Tammy) with opening up her home to my grandmother, which is how my grandfather would have wanted it. Along with the revolving door they had with the help of hospice. My sister and I were not fortunate enough to have two sets of grandparents but we wouldn't have known a difference in that for my grandparents always did there best to do what they could for ALL there grandchildren. With that being said I hope my Grandfather ran to her when she passed for it has been 14yrs without each other. I hope as I grow older in life I'm half as good as my mother and wind up with a heart of gold like my grandmother. Thank you mom for opening your home and giving grandma probably the last and best 5 months of her life. Know she went in peace and not alone for you and grandpa were right by her side. Love you grandma, lost but never forgotten and mom I love you more and strive to be like you one day.

Tammy, Mary Lou and Gary - My sincere sympathy to you and your family at the loss of your Mom. Mine surely greeted her at the Pearly Gates to welcome her and show her the ropes. They were friends since they were very young and it's a friendship that endured through the years, though they had fewer contacts near the end. I'm sure you'll miss your mom as I miss mine (Lena Casullo). No matter their age, we are never prepared to say goodbye. Let memories of happier times sustain you during the coming weeks. Though nothing fills the void, happy memories help the most. My thoughts are with you three.
