Gerard A. Breton "Jerry/Uncle Jerry" Jun. 23, 1952 - Apr. 17, 2014 DANIELSON - Jerry's Mother (Jeanette Breton-Joyal) was waiting for him at the pearly gates when he was unexpectedly called home to be with his Lord. Jerry passed from this world to the next held in the arms of his beloved sister "Sis" Lorraine Breton surrounded by his family listening to and singing along to his impromptu "Going Home to be with Jesus" Playlist. Jerry will be remembered for his love of music, his humor, his ability to "Fight City Hall" and his beautiful innocence. Gerry was also predeceased by his father Ovila Breton, he is also survived by a brother Raymond R. Breton of Palm Harbor. "Uncle Jerry" left behind several nieces and nephews. Jerry will be sorely missed by all that loved him. The funeral will be held Saturday (04/26/14) at 10:00 A.M. from Dougherty Bros. Funeral Home 595 Norwich Rd. Plainfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. in All Hallows Church, Moosup. Burial will follow in All Hallows Cemetery. A visiting hour will be 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the funeral home.
