Dear Lucia: My sister sent me the article about Kirk's passing and I am sad to hear that my old friend is gone.
His parents and mine were old friends, so we go back a long way. Then Peg and her family lived near us in Dearborn, and we saw Kirk occasionally.
He was such fun, and I know there is a huge hole in your heart with him gone.
Please know that there is someone out in Colorado that shares your sadness. God Bless you.

Aunt Lucia & family; There are no words to adequately express our sorrow to you for the passing of Uncle Kirk. Susie and I will forever have the memory of his one of a kind sense of humor, his wisdom, (which he would gladly share with those around him), his love for family, and the lessons of fishing, filleting and buckwheat pancakes, and his infectious smile. He will be truly missed.
God bless.

So sorry to hear of Kirk's passing. He will be missed by many of the lives he has touched. God needed him in heaven to carry on his humor amongst others. Let your memories of days gone by help in giving you the strength and comfort you will need in the days to follow. Our prayers are that you will find that comfort as friends and relatives gather to share those memories. Love and blessings to you Lucia and the family. George & Marge DeGraw

Gloria and I feel privileged to have had lunch with you and Kirk this past January. That was a fun day--we enjoyed Kirk's humor as well as a good lunch.
A good memory for us.
