I have known Arthur all my life. Him and his family lived across the street from me in Oakland terrace. He was an amazing person kind gentle hearted an would give u the shirt off his back he taught me to play spades in which I love That game to this day. An amazing person has went to be in heaven and left so many behind to mourn and whose hearts are broken. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family including his wife. My love with u all always
