Glenyce Ellyn Teskoski nee Mellott of Lake Forest, age 89, passed peacefully on Saturday, June 14, 2014. Loving wife of 63 years to the late Joseph; daughter of the late Edwin and Frances Mellott; devoted mother to Jim (Nancy) Teskoski of Lake Forest, IL; John (Chris) Teskoski of Temecula, CA; Bill Teskoski of Lake Forest, IL; and Kathy (Doug) Heid of Deerfield, IL; beloved grandmother to Laura, Jennifer, Mike, Kurtis, the late Will, Rylie, Ben, Jonathan and Charles; loving sister to the late Robert (Carolyn) Mellott; and beloved aunt to many. She grew up in Dixon, IL and was deeply rooted in faith and love for her family. Glenyce was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She passionately enjoyed gardening, art, cooking, needlework and her grandchildren and will be immensely missed by all who knew her. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the 12 noon service, Saturday, June 21, at Wenban Funeral Home, 320 East Vine Avenue, Lake Forest. I was so sorry to learn of the passing of Glenyce. She was one of my very favorite residents at the Ponds. You have my deepest sympathy.

What a lovely lady! Happy to have been able to spend a few moments with her this past year. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time in this season of life. She is now "at home" with your dad.
