Jake will always be fondly remembered by the IR technologists at the University of Maryland Medical Center not only because he was the best but he never got angry when he was supposed to fix a room and we were still doing patients. A true professional. He will be missed.
To the Hess family we are sorry for your loss.

Jake will always be remembered fondly by the technologists who worked in IR at the University of Maryland. Not only was he the best at his profession, he never got angry when we continued with patient care even though we "promised" him the room.
To the Hess family, sorry for your loss.

Jacob and I met simply as fathers being fathers. That is the most lasting memory I will have of him- as a dad that loved his wife, son and family. Jacob and his family opened their door to my son and I will be forever grateful for that.
