Karen,Damon, Stefanie and extended family,
We are so sorry to hear of Lynn's passing. As one of his many "fence" friends, I was able to experience his larger than life personality up close on the many visits to Venice for his Winter golf getaways. I want you all to know how proud he was of you and how much he loved you in our conversations. Lynn will be terribly missed but the memories we take away will last forever. The world was a better place with Lynn in it. Rest in peace, my friend.

To the Colby Family.
Bev and I were saddened to hear of Lynn's passing. Lynn and I shared many fond memories over the years in Venice Florida. Playing golf, sharing a couple cocktails, having fun watching his Colts and my Bears, and most of all visiting with Lynn and Maggie in the golf cart.
Rest in piece my friend. You will be missed.

"We come not to mourn our dead soldiers, but to praise them." -Francis Walker-
There is no greater honor than to serve your country at a time of war. May you all find comfort in knowing that there are many veterans who share in your loss. May your memories of Lynn soothe you, your friends comfort you, and your family's strength help your hearts begin to heal. May the love you shared sustain you through this time of sorrow. Please accept my deepest sympathy.

Kathy & send our condolences and prayers of support at this difficult time. Lynn & I were classmates from kindergarten through high school and were teammates in basketball and baseball. We went our separate ways after high school only to reconnect 50 years later - as if we were never apart. I always thought of Lynn as the brother I never had and grieve his loss as if he were. Karen, we send our thoughts and love to you and your wonderful family.

I once heard a priet talk about the effect we have on others. Generally, there are two reactions we have to those we meet -- 1) we can think --"Jesus .. Who have I just been with" OR 2) we can think -- "I believe I have just been with Jesus"
There is a fragrance we leave with people and Lynn left a fragrance that was pleasant and unforgettable in my life. His smile, his sense of humor and his spirit will always live on in my heart. I will miss you My Brother -- My Friend.
