Ed Slippey Obituary

Edward "Ed" Gene Slippey, 68, died Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Advanced Care Hospital in Boise of cancer.

He was born Nov. 1, 1948, to Fred and Stella Baird Slippey in Susanville, Calif.

Ed served four years in the Army and 19 years in the National Guard. In 1984, he married Mary Ann Mabus. He worked as a security guard and groundskeeper in California. In 2010, he moved to the Elk Creek Apartment, where he became friends with everyone.
