Lillian DeWitte
Today we give thanks for the wonderful lady we all were so blessed to have had in our lives. Lillian DeWitte departed this earth on Monday February 6, 2017 at the age of 90. Having lived a full life, embracing the many adventures that came along her journey with family and friends.
Lillian DeWitte was born on July 16th, 1926 in Seattle to parents Anders and Amy Jonason.
Lillian grew up in Kirkland, she was one of three children.
She worked at the Seattle Telephone Company where she rode the ferry to work everyday.
On July 2, 1954, Lillian married the love of her life Malcolm . They moved to the Valley in 1964. They enjoyed 37 years of marriage until Malcolm's passing in 1992.
Lillian is proceeded in death by her oldest son Renee DeWitte of Cle Eelum that passed away last month. Renee left behind his wife Fran and three children, Robin (Lyn) DeWitte, Heather Breckon, Cindy Breckon, her son Riley and his daughter Azlyn.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Randy) Cox and three children, Nate, Eric (Sara) and Mike (Kaydee). Also, survived by her son David DeWitte and his two children Kaylie and Kyle. She had 7 great-grand children, Liliana, Isabella, Elijah, Grace, Hannah, Owen and Easton. Along with many family members and friends.
Furthermore, we wanted to give our thanks to Stacey Bond she was Lillian's caretaker for 10 wonderful years.
Services will be held March 3, 2017, 11 AM at Mercer Creek Church.
