I will always remember Uncle John as a wonderful partner and friend to my Dad, Ken. John and Pat were there with Dad every day at the end. No doubt Dad and John are on some great adventure together now -- in a boat that works. Shari, I remember the red T-bird, too. John was the cool, single uncle (for a little bit of my life), until Pat came into his life. I remember being in their wedding and still have the silver heart-shaped box from that day sitting on my dresser! My thoughts are with you Pat, Jenny and John and all of your family

I remember Uncle Johnny's red TBird convertible. Dad thought it was so cool. Many years and far away I still think of everyone. Rest in peace, Uncle John. Love, Shari

You were the best Grandpa I could have. I had so many good memories with you. From babysitting us in Kindergarten. Taking us to Miami Whitewater and bike riding. Even in your late 70s you could keep up with us grandkids the same as a 35 year old. I remember all of the great stories you would tell us about your teenage years, the legendary Coney Island 1946 story, your years in the Navy, meeting Grandma and the hilarious stories of dating and marrying her. You were a person of great wisdom. It still doesn't feel real. I miss you so much Grandpa

My brother, you are the person I have known the longest on this earth. Like all who love you, I will never forget you. You were one of the best people I have known. I teased you about your beautiful eyes but it was the kindness in them that captured our hearts.
You walked so far into the valley the psalms sing of that we could not follow you. Now you are with God immersed in His love. So we sing "Alleluia" through our tears..

John, you were a wonderful friend! From Roger Bacon high school, the Navy, and until the day you left us you were always a very wise and best friend. You loved God and the Church, Patty and your family. John, you set a wonderful example for all of us. I will miss you very much!

You were the greatest grandfather a grandson could ever have, you were so loving, so wise, so benelovent, so moral, so holy and so kind. You were an inspiration for us all. You were a truly inspiring man who worked for everything you ever got. I will miss you so much, it is still hard to believe you are not here anymore, that I can't hear your voice emanating from your house anymore. We all miss you so much, but I know you are in a better place. I have no doubt you are in heaven looking down on all of us. Thank you for being here for me for 17 years, If I am even half of the man you were, I know I will be able to lead a good life.
