GLOUCESTER - John Matthew Hall, 48, who was totally blind, mute, and mentally challenged passed away on December 31, 2016, after a long battle with pulmonary hypertension. Laulis and husband, John; brothers, James M. Hall and wife, Marcela and Joseph M. Hall; nieces, Lindsay, Morgan, Haley, Emilia and Martina; and nephew, Cole. The family would like to thank the Maryland School for the Blind personnel, loving and caring Arc employees, friends and doctors who helped John be all he could be for much longer than was estimated at the time of his diagnosis.
