Ruth Vincent Copley, 96, daughter of Donald M. Vincent and Florence Blanchard Vincent entered into eternal life on Monday morning, April 15, 2019, at Hospice Home in Burlington, NC. She had been in declining health for the past few years.
She is survived by nieces and nephews: Pat Compton, Claudia Manning, Tom Compton, and Bill Vincent. In addition she is survived by a Godson, Phillip Compton and a great nephew, Andrew Compton. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband John Erwin Copley and her brother and sisters, William Wallace Vincent, Cora Richmond, and Polly Compton.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening April 16 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Walker's Funeral Home in Mebane. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 17 at Cross Roads Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
The family is being assisted by Walker's Funeral Home.

Always loved Ruth so much! She and Ervin were good friends of my parents growing up and they were such smiling and loving people.
