Jerry Appledorn Obituary

Appledorn, Jerry 2/15/2021 Wyoming, MI Jerry Lee Appledorn, age 73, of Wyoming, Michigan, passed away on February 15, 2021, after several years of ongoing health issues. Jerry was born in Holland, Michigan, to Gerald and Tracy (Heil) Appledorn. After graduating from Holland Christian High School, he went on to receive a degree in Business Administration at Central Michigan University, and worked for many years at Electrolux and Berger Chevrolet. While healthy, Jerry enjoyed bowling and golfing, and was exceptional at both, having won a shelf full of trophies and awards to prove it. He also enjoyed international travel with friends and holiday dinners with his extended family. His family would like to express their gratitude to his neighbors and friends who were there to help Jerry in his final weeks. We are thankful for your support. Jerry is predeceased by his parents and brother, Robert Appledorn. He is survived by his sister, Carol (Richard) Brouwer, sister- in-law, Marlene Appledorn, and eight nieces and nephews. Per his request, no services will be held.

I went to church with Jerry at voyage.
He would always make sure that he found me or my husband to say good morning. We enjoyed his company and found him to be so kind hearted. Comforting to know that he is now with the Lord.
