Mr. Blankenship's smile will always be remembered. From the time I met him at the Senior Center you would have thought we were old buddies. Always ready with a smile and a hug. He was everyone's friend from the first time they met him.

Sorry to hear of Mr. Blankenship's passing. I will miss his warm smile.

I remember years ago when my parents were building their house, he would arrive with a truck load of crusher fines and sitting in a box on the seat next to him was always his little dog.

He was a sweet man. I will miss him.
