Family-Placed Death Notice
DRURY, Nancy Nancy Lynne Drury died at Emory Hospital at 3:15 AM on April 27, 2008. She had been in Wesley Wood Hospital (Emory system) last week trying to recover from a shift in her mental state and weakness. In addition to her present state, she experienced a hemorrhage in her brain stem that shut down her vital organs. She was comfortable and was comforted by the presence of her loving family in her last moments. Nancy is survived by her husband, William Drury; Son, Thomas Drury of Los Angeles, CA; Son & Daughter-in-Law, John & Ann Drury & their children Kyle and Caroline, of Roswell; Daughter & Son-in-Law, Jill & Griffin Talbott & their children Jamie and Kadie of Ashland, KY. A Memorial Service Celebrating Nancy's Life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at Dunwoody United Methodist Church, 1548 Mount Vernon Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338. The family will receive friends at the Church 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Dunwoody United Methodist Church Fund in Memory of Nancy Drury.
