Douglas Weeks Obituary

SKANEATELES < Douglas Weeks, 89, of Skaneateles, died Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008. Born in Skaneateles, he owned and operated a centennial family farm in Skaneateles. A pilot, he also enjoyed flying. Surviving is his wife, Pauline Matijas Weeks; two daughters, Donna Smith and Diane Burdick; a sister, Eileen Karlik; four grandchildren, Robin Lindstrom, Douglas and Steven Burdick, and Sarah Mineo; and a great-grandchild, Jenna Lindstrom. He was predeceased by his brother, Ronald; and sisters, Doll Stott and Gwendolyn Templer. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, with services at 7 p.m., at the Robert D. Gray Funeral Home, 49 Jordan St., Skaneateles. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Contributions may be made to SAVES. Donna & Daine
Brother weeks will be greatly missed. I enjoyed his humer and jokes. I'm glad I was able to get to know him alittle better. But how greatful and thankful we are for the resurection. My thoughts and prayer are with you both and your family.
