Theresa D. Bowen

AUBURN < Theresa D. Bowen, of E. Genesee St., Auburn, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2007, at University Hospital in Syracuse. She was born Aug. 20, 1926 in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth DeVine and had been an area resident for most of her life. Prior to her retirement in 1968, Theresa had been employed for many years at Bo-Mer Manufacturing in Auburn. She is survived by a sister, Sister Agnes DeVine; a daughter, Patricia Bennett; a son, Stephen Bennett; three stepchildren, David Bowen, Kenneth (Joanne) Bowen and Sarah (John Walker) Bowen; six grandchildren, Susan, Spencer and Lindsey Brown, Andrew, Wendy and Laura Walker. In addition to her parents, Theresa was predeceased by her loving husband of 37 years, David S. Bowen, in 2005. Calling hours will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, at the Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St., Auburn, with funeral services to immediately follow with the Rev. Robert Martin officiating.
