Kenneth Francis Brusoe Sr. Born March 5, 1924Died December 17, 2010Survived by his Loving wife, of 67 years Rita A Brusoe, Their Son Thomas E. Brusoe Sr. and wife Margee BrusoeDaughter in law Gail Brusoe, Sister Bernice Crossman and sister in law Virginia Brusoe8 Grandchildren, 24 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.Ken was a Very decorated 30 year Veteran of the U.S. Navy. He served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. He was a Fighting SeaBee attached to STAT teams 1007 and 1010 and MCB 10, he served in England with Naval Inteligence during WWII, after the war he went to work as a boilerman for the railroad for a period of time in St. Albans Vermont and eventually reinlisted in the Navy to make a career of it as a Seabee. After retirement Ken and Rita "motor home it for about 15 years on and off all around the United States with Florida as a base camp. They settled in Florida and lived in a very loving and caring community there, until they moved to Oregon to be closer to their son and daughter in law, Ken and Rita were living in an assisted living facility less than 2 miles from Tom and Margee and several of their grandchildren were able to visit them in Oregon.Ken died peacefully and without pain at home with Family and loved ones by his side. He is up there making things comfortable for the rest of us to join him when it is our time. He will be missed but will always be present in our thoughts and in our he
