James Jamerson Obituary

Of Everett, March 14th. Beloved husband of the late Urmah R. Devoted father of Charlene and her husband Albert Allen of OH, Jean M. and her husband Walter Oxford of Melrose, James R. Jamerson, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Wilmington, William Jamerson and his wife Susan of IN, John Jamerson and his wife Karen of Wilmington, and Thomas Jamerson and his wife Rene of Georgetown. Loving brother of Mauline Singleton, Pauline Hair, Nell Nowlin, Mandy Amerson, and Jean Cox, all from TN and the late Garner, Wilson, and Ovie Jamerson. Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held in Weir-MacCuish Golden Rule Funeral Home, 144 Salem St., MALDEN on Saturday, March 18th at 10 AM. Burial will immediately follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. Visitation will be held in the Funeral Home on Friday, March 17th from 6-9 PM. Contributions in James' memory may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc., 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140.
