Jannet and Arthur I'm sorry to hear about Dawn. I remember her when she got on the bus to and from Gull Lake school,and had seen her at the Fire Depaetment dinners at the Hickory Corners MI when they had them. I one thing I do remember is that she got on the bus ready to go home Mr. Pixley had ask her what she had done to her hair,and she had got to close to the burner on the stove with her hair. I also remember my Mother had Baby sit her childern when she was at work,one I enjoy the most is Faith when I brave her hair for my Mom.
Dawn was a very nice person,and a hard worker.

I agree with Debbie, We were a tight group at the VA. Our boss always tried to split us up. Dawn had this way of making people like her. You could not help but find her adorable. She gave me a wonderful son who is so important to me. Dawn, you told me to take care of him and I have. You would be proud of how the kids are pulling together over this. We love you and will miss you so very much.

Dawn became one of my closest friends during her VA career and for years thereafter. We spent many years and tears together sharing our stories. You never found Dawn without a smile on her face no matter what her own situation was at the time there was always the smile. Don't ever forget the laugh - hers was one of a kind.
