Maxine and I go back many years, in fact to grade school. I guess my fondest memories of her would have been at Southwestern Junior High. She was a person that I loved being around. Since I live in PA I didn't get to see much of Maxine except at our reunions, however I was home in July and got to spend about an hour with her. She recognized me right away and she felt well enough that day to show me around the hospice. We talked and reminised.
My heart goes out to Maxine's family, I know how much she will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
