I WAS SHOCKED TO LEARN OF JAMIE'S PASSING. I STILL REMEMBER "OUR GANG" PLAYING ALL DAY IN THE SUMMER. IT WAS EITHER PLAYING SOFTBALL ON REV AMOS CHURCH PROPERTY, RUNNING TRACK UP AND DOWN ONEITA STREET AND SO MANY OTHER THINGS, TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION. OUR GANG, THE TODDS, WILLIAMS', DOTSONS, HUBBARDS' CUMMINGS' STEVIE BENSON, ALL THE MEMORIES JUST ARE THERE AS IF IT WAS YESTERDAY. MY PRAYERS AND LOVE ARE WITH HIS PARENTS, SISTERS, CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN AND FRIENDS.

To Jamica and Sedgwick--I was browsing through the obituaries this morning and came across the notice about Jamica's father. I am so sorry for your loss, and I wanted to pass along my condolences. Every time I hear of a parent's passing, it reminds me of a time not so long ago that my father passed.
I know it's been a few years since we've had a chance to catch up, but I did want you to know that you will all be in my thoughts and prayers. May God be with you during this difficult time.
