To Penny and Martins family. Our thoughts are with you durring this difficult time. Although it has been some time since we saw you I often think of the good times all those years ago. Take good care of yourselves and remember the good times I know you had together.

To the family of Penny. I met Penny when she began working at the BCHS. She did an outstanding job when helping patients with there complaints. She was a people person, who care about her co-workers and enjoyed her family. I am a married woman and I love my husband dearly, but to Penny no one could, care about a woman the way Martin did for her. She always appeared to be a young 20 year old when talking about him. Martin I have never met you but you gave Penny what she needed. Her laughter showed it all. May God bless you and your family.

Penny,
You are the strongest, most caring, and generous person I've had the pleasure of knowing. We shared tears of joy and sadness over the years and we had our secrets and shared our plans for weekend or just talking about a book we were both reading.
You helped me gain back pride in myself and I will be forever grateful. I'll never forget our chats over morning tea and an occasional breakfast burrito, or our every growing rubber-band ball. Who could forget our strategically placing a couple rubber-bands on the handle of the bathroom door and office door of an attorney on his last day of work? I will always miss you Penny.
I am stronger because of you. You stood strong in a sea of opposition and never compromised your integrity and I can only pray others will finally choose to follow your example. You put everyone in front of yourself and you wouldn't have it any other way. You touched so many lives and helped so many in your lifetime, it's alright for you to rest now sweetie. We can take it from here because you taught us well.
Love,
Robin

To Penny's family and friends,
My colleagues and I are saddened by the news of Penny's passing. She was known to us as a very kind person, and an advocate for victims of sexual assault. We appreciate her concern for patients at BCHS, and her work for their rights and safety as well.
Our sympathy and wishes for peace to you all.
