Florence Van Middlesworth

Florence Van Middlesworth Battle Creek Florence Edna Clark Van Middlesworth, age 93, formerly of Climax, was born January 1, 1915 in Battle Creek and passed away September 26, 2008 in Battle Creek. She was a lifelong Climax area resident and was married for 48 years to the late Frank C. Van Middlesworth. Surviving are her children, Betty Jo (James) Mitchell, Carol (Carl) VanWyk and James (Tamara) Van Middlesworth; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 29, 2008 from 12:30-1:45 p.m. at Leroy Congregational Church (1997 H Drive South) where funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Monday. Interment will follow in Leroy Congregational Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Florence's memory may be directed to In-house Hospice, Alzheimer's Association, Leroy Congregational Church or Climax Methodist Church.
