Anthony Taylor Obituary

Anthony Lamar Taylor He that knoweth not love knoweth not God, for God is love. Anthony Lamar Taylor was born August 9, 1957 in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Robert Taylor and Lorraine Coleman-Taylor. He was the second born of four siblings. His nickname became Tony. His brother Robert is the oldest, James is the younger brother, and his sister Alice is the youngest of the four. Anthony graduated from Mountain Home High School in Idaho while living with his brother Robert who taught him to drive and other basic life emphases. Tony enjoyed sports and practicing guitar. He was a music lover with a unique sense of humor. Anthony was an observer of personality and relationships in a uniquely insightful manner. He loved to travel the north west USA. Anthony completed military service with an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army. He then joined the U.S. Navy and was discharged with 100% disability. Despite his disabilities, he lived independently, not wanting to burden anyone. He sent beautiful cards and enjoyed Christmas and family events when it was possible for him to attend. Anthony made his transition September 25, 2008. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Lorraine Taylor; brothers, Robert and James (Deborah) Taylor; his sister Alice, and sister-in-law, Mary Taylor; uncle, Lloyd Coleman; aunts, Edith Coleman-Caughill, Geraldine Coleman; first cousins, Joyse Anderson and Kenine Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.
