Ernest White Obituary

Ernest C. White Battle Creek Ernest C. White, 50, of Battle Creek, went to be with our Lord Jesus on Thursday, October 23, 2008. Ernie was born on January 26 1958, in Battle Creek, the son of Ernest and Joan White, who had been by his side during his lengthy illness. Ernie was a lifelong resident of our community. Ernie was a graduate of Battle Creek Central High School. He was employed by Clark Equipment Company and Nippondenso Manufacturing. Ernie enjoyed hunting and fishing. His treasure was his children, whom he loved dearly: daughters Aimee, Amanda and Kailie and his son, Austin. Ernie attended the Church of God of Prophecy and held his faith to the end. In addition to his parents and children, Ernie is survived by his grandmother, Dorthy White; former wife, Terri White; and brothers, John, Jeff (Sue), and Bob (Tracy). The family will receive friends at Royal Funeral Home on Monday, October 27, 2008 from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Royal Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Floral Lawn Memorial Gardens. Memorials in Ernest's name may be directed to Good Samaritan Hospice Care or the Children of Ernest White college fund in care of: Kalsee College Credit Union, 427 N. 20th Street, Battle Creek, MI 49037.
