it has been one year since you left us, mother. there has not been one day you were not thought of, not one day that i did not thanked GOD for the best mother in the whole world. you gave so much to us all your life. we could not have been blessed more. and while i have called this past year the year of tears, it has also been a year of spiritual growth. while a great deal of our joy was lost, we gained much in the knowledge you trusted us completely and that it was a privilege and honor to take care of you. the love we feel for you has no boundaries and is everlasting. your beautiful spirit will remain with us all our lives. we love and miss you so much.

Today is Mother's Day. This is the first Mother's Day that you're not here with us. I know as a Jehovah Witness, you didn't celebrate holidays, but to us this was your special day. There's not a day that goes by, that I don't say how much I love and miss you. You're in my heart forever. Happy Mother's Day!

mom, it has been three months since you left us. i jokingly say you were the glue that held us all together. i sure miss you. your laughter, your humor, the way you would say nooooo. you were an incredible mother. you did so much for each of your nine children and made each one of us feel special. the love and care you provided to our family was so unselfishly given. you were everything to us. it's spring now, mother and we promise your garden will look good. of course, we can't match your expertise, but we will honor you and make sure it remains your masterpiece. you filled our lives with so much joy, it is hard to fill the void. we did not want to let you go. but we understand now. i miss you so, but thank GOD he gave us the best mother in the whole world.

I am a fan of the Miller family. I love each and every one of you and will always cherish my childhood memories of being around all of you, the laughter, inter change of quick words, the love. It made me feel at home and wish I could have a big family when I grew up. I dearly love KATY. She will always have a special place in my heart, as will you all. Dianne, you will always remain my best friend. How wonderful to have had you as my friend all these years, through thick and thin. Because of our friendship I am also a friend of all your siblings. I love you all. Continue to embrace each other through each of your grieving. May Jehovah God continue to help you endure.

It was exceptionally hard when my mother passed, but then I learned so much from her growing up and especially at the time of her passing, when she passed on her chalice of strength. Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

In loving memory of a woman whom I have never had the chance to meet, but had the pleasure speaking with from time to time long distance. The genuine concerns that she would communicate regarding Connie and her sisters, who I did have a chance to meet and the respect shown in the upbringing she emulated to me, was her gift to her family.

For Joe Lee & Family

My sweet mother, so dear to my heart
How fondly I can remember you still
You've gone from my side, we did depart
Now you're resting on top of the hill

Even now I can see your hands and feet
Swiftly moving to provide for us all
In cooking, baking bread and something sweet
Just to keep us under control

You were with us when life revealed pain
About things we were quite unaware
You whispered gently, but with firm restraint
And kept us away from life's hidden snare

Often when nobody else was around
In the quietness from each brand new day
Gently to us came a whispering sound
As down on your knees you would pray

In bed, as you tucked us in with love
You would teach us your humble prayers
And you would come right from above
If we cried, after dreaming nightmares

Your hard work never came to an end
From early morning until late at night
Preparing for the next day as the present did relent
Before you could finally turn off the light

Your diligent work has paid off at last
For now in my heart I can clearly see
Through all these years our bond did hold fast
Once so precious between you and me

I wrote this poem in remembrance of you
A dear mother, who is not here anymore
To let you know that I appreciate all you did do
As one of nine children, whom you did adore

To the whole Miller family, we send our heart felt condolences, your mother was a great woman of God, she loved everybody and raised a beautiful family and I believe she passed on to all of her children the gift of knowning how to run. Seems like every miller could really run fast and that is only one of the many qualities Mrs. Miller passed down to her children. We know she is in the presents of the lord with a smile on her face looking down on her beloved children. God bless all of you

Dear Mother, How do you express the inexpressible. How does a gift, a trip, or treasures measure up to how grateful I am for all the things you have done for me. How do you say "Thank You" Mom for being my hero. You were so funny, wise, outgoing, stable and strong in the face of all adversity, my rock, my anchor, my best friend, the first love of my life, my angel on earth. Caring for you in your time of need along with my sisters and brothers was a honor and a privilege. Just witnessing your inner strength and seeing the love in your eyes and hearing you whisper "Thank You" for any little thing. I'm soooo blessed to have had you as my mother. THANK YOU!

Grandma Kate…I love you so much. You filled my life with so much happiness and you taught me many life long lessons that I will cherish forever. It’s because of you Grandma, I am the family oriented person that I am today. You taught us to laugh together, cry together, and stick together thru thick and thin because when it’s all said and done; family is all you have. Although our hearts are heavy and filled with so much sorrow, I know that the pain shall surpass and the sweet memories of you along with your beautiful spirit shall continue to fill our lives with happiness until we all meet you again.
I miss you more than words could explain and I will never forget the fun times we’ve shared.
