Andrew E. "Hank" Paskett Albion Andrew E. "Hank" Paskett, 97, of Albion, passed away Friday, August 7, 2009, at Emerald Forest Adult Foster Care Home in Marshall. He was born in Jackson, MI, on August 27, 1911 to Andrew and Frances (Komovowska) Paskett. On October 14, 1933 he married the former Mary Helen Balchik, she preceded him in death on March 27, 1994. Hank came to Albion in 1930. He worked at Decker Manufacturing for 51 years, retiring in 1979. Hank was a member of St. John Catholic Church and was treasurer of St. Vincent DePaul's. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and Moose Lodge in Albion. Hank enjoyed the city softball league, bowling and golfing. Survivors include a daughter, Kay Eagen of Albion, sons, Andrew (Shirley) Paskett of Sun City West, AZ, Philip (Shirley) Paskett of Birmingham, MI, Michael "Mick" Paskett of Marshall; sister, Teresa Roman; sister-in-law, Regina Paskett; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 5 sisters. Funeral service will be Tuesday August 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, 1020 Irwin Ave. Albion, with Father Carl Peltz officiating. Visitation will be Monday, August 10, 2009 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the J.
