Dear Jen, Hannah, and Dan, Words are hard right now, but I did want you to know that Arnie and I have heard the news and our hearts ache. We loved Max as you know, and Hannah, I remember our visits, albeit brief at the Lake. Jen, we will be there, if you want us to come, at the spreading of his ashes at the lake. I learned too late to come to services in Boston. A special hug and kiss to Zoe. We will never forget this special guy, Max! This weekend we went to our camp on the Hudson where Max had worked so creatively to make it the lovely place it is now, and there we placed some flowers in Sisters' Garden, a garden we had created for our sisters and my mother. I had showed it to Max when he first came there, and he had loved it. It will be a special holding place for our memories of him. As soon as I have your address, I will contact you, Jen. You have not been far from our thoughts since we heard. Love and with sympathy, Arnie and Myrna Wyse

Max was the definition of "good neighbor". Always there to lend a hand, from insisting that I use his "real" shovel when doing my gardening, to running over to help with heavy boxes, to just offering a smile and a "hello". He will be missed. Jennifer, please know that you have neighbors who care and are there for you.

I truly enjoyed the time I spent with Max. I will never regret driving from Indianapolis to the camp in upstate NY. A great long weekend memory to cherish. I met Max during our employment at SupplyWorks, and we maintained our friendship through the years until we were re-united as co-workers at Kronos. I will miss Max's smile upon our first seeing each other on every trip that I made to Chelmsford. Also Max thank you, you taught me how to make beef jerky.
Cheers to you Max, sorry your family lost you so soon.
