David Humphrey Obituary
Mr. Humphrey was formerly from Eastham, prior to moving to Newark in 2004, upon the death of his wife, Roberta J. Humphrey. He served as a selectman for the town of Eastham from 1986 to 1997. He retired from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2001, where he worked in the Department of Housing and Community Development.
Services are private.
