To the Walker family you have our deepest synpathy. Kelvin was a special person with a bright smile, who had a wonderful sense of humor. I remember Kelvin dancing at the 20th Century Fox, also moonwalking in the school talent show at the BIG "O". Kelvin you will surely be missed your bright eyes and your sweet sprit.

I am truly saddened. I will always remember the memories that I have of Kelvin. I remember living in Windsong, and Kelvin being my coach in football. It was the "City"-- against the "Hole". Having him as a coach taught me everything that I needed to know to play football. Also, he had a smile that no one could ever forget. My deepest thoughts and prayers are with his family. Words to Kelvin...."You will be missed but NEVER forgotten".

I thank God that I have had the pleasure of knowing Kelvin and his loving family. In some ways they thought me how a family is supposed to be. They had this family bond that was so tight and unbreakable. I know Kelvin always knew that he was loved. Kelvin had this humor that drew people to him. This way about him that made me comfortable around him. My son DaShawn also adored him. We had a very enjoyable time on 11/11/08 when we went to see "Soul Men" at the movies. We both enjoyed humor and that as an obvious choice for us to go see. It was nice. Then we went to the Jock and Jill's bar on 11/30/08 to watch the Giants (my team) and the Redskins (his team) play and we talked junk to each other during the game. Of course my Giants won, but as we watched the game we shared a quesadilla and had a ball. At the end of the game he ended up calling the Redskins the Deadskins.
I will never forget the last times and the relationship that he and I shared. I never stopped loving Kelvin, but had to let him live.
I'm so glad that he knew Jehovah and his plans for us. I will miss my friend.

Dearest Family,

God will comfort you in the days ahead, just lean on Him for support.

Growing up as children you develop a special bond that you don't realize is there until you get older and take different paths in life and sometimes it may be too late to tell that person. Being neighbors make that bond even more special becuase I do believe that you learn just a little bit more about your neighbors and back then you definitely looked out for each other and showed respect for that person and their property.

The Walker/McCommons Family are good people and it was indeed a pleasure to call them neighbor and friend. Children in Windsong played together and against each other in neighborhood unofficial sports but wait back then it was official because you had the "City against the Hole" or vice versa and other communities playing against each other for "fun" in Softball, Football, etc. Dancing, was another thing because Kevin--KW ( pronounced k-dub), Peanut and Richard "Rip" Davis had it. Kevin was a good person with a beautiful smile and gorgeous eyes. He will truly be missed but not forgotten. Rest in peace because you're safe in His arms.

My prayers are with you all,
