MOORESVILLE -- Mrs. Mann, 91, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
She was born on February 7, 1918 in Mooresville, NC, to the late John Davidson and Naomi Shook Mann. She was a retired assistant to the Account Executive at REXHAM Corporation of Charlotte after 24 years of service and worked for many years at GM Pontiac Motor Division in Charlotte. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Mooresville, where she served as a Sunday School teacher and on the Evangelism committee and was a volunteer for the Meals on Wheels program.
She is survived by her sisters, Phyllis Mann and Rachel Freeze, both of Mooresville.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27 from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service following at 1:00 p.m. at Cavin-Cook Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Johnny C. Cozart officiating. Burial will follow the service at Glenwood Memorial Park.
