Howard Lydick came to the Prohibition Party late in life, but he brought enthusiasm and a spirit of co-operation which was sorely needed. He became one of my best friends and most valued co-workers.

The Long family will always appreciate all Howard did to help publish the JOHN LONG FAMILY genealogy book. As he knows, I am working hard to continue his work as well as the work of W. H. "Uncle Bill" Long.

Dear Marian and family;
God is amazing in his care for us. He blessed you with this good and dedicated Christian man to be a father, brother and friend.
I know that no words can offer you the healing that is only found in God's hands, so I will be brief and praise God for his gift of Howard to you.
Marian, thank you for your love and faithfulness. Please know that we love you and pray that you will find strength in the Lord, whose strength is made perfect in our weakness.
We will not be there with you, but our love will be because HE is there.
With love,
Steve, Mihoko, Patricia, Joshua & Matthew

To the family of Howard Lydick,
I had the privilege of working with Howard on a temperance-oriented committee a few years ago. I was so impressed with his kindness, as well as his command of the issues we were addressing.
We developed a dialogue in which he provided me with wonderful guidance and information.
May you all experience the peace that comes from knowing that your loved one lived his life with zest and integrity, and passes from this life into the next, to then and there receive his just reward.
Kindest Regards,
